I am a Lead User Experience Designer and Design Ops consultant with over fifteen years of experience helping organizations achieve their strategic digital goals through thoughtful, human-centered design. I have worked across large enterprises delivering complex B2B SaaS platforms as well as startups building innovative technologies, bringing a flexible, systems-oriented approach to each environment. My work spans industries including mobile communications, banking, finance, e-commerce, HR, and reinsurance.
In addition to hands-on design work, I support design teams in delivering high-quality outcomes by establishing clear operational frameworks that enable consistency, collaboration, and scale.
Alongside my UX practice, I am a fine art street photographer, capturing everyday life through dynamic, evocative imagery. Photography gives me a break from problem-solving while helping me step back, reset, and keep perspective in how I think about design.
